Yes. We prepare drawings and file with the City of Toronto or your local municipality when the scope requires it, and we schedule the inspections that follow. We also tell you plainly when a permit is not needed.

Usually yes. We contain the work area behind dust barriers, protect floors and seal HVAC returns, and restore water and power to the rest of the home each evening. For full-home projects, most clients move out for the heaviest weeks.
