What the form collects
The estimate request form on the contact page asks for your name, phone number and city. Those three are required. Email address, project address, scope, investment range and a note on what you are seeing are optional. Two checkboxes let you flag an active emergency and opt in to a quarterly note. Nothing is collected unless you type it.
What it is used for
One purpose: to respond to your estimate or emergency request. That means calling you back, booking a site visit, and preparing a fixed estimate. If you ticked the quarterly note, your email address is also used to send it. Nothing else.
Where it goes
The form is delivered to the YAREX inbox by an email delivery service acting on our instructions. It is also recorded in the site's server logs so that no request is lost. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone beyond that.
How long it is kept
Until the enquiry is closed — an estimate declined, a project completed, or a request we could not take on. Then it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
Three measurement tools run on this site, and no advertising ones. Fonts are served from this domain, not a third party. Like any web host, ours keeps standard server logs of requests made to the site.
Google Analytics 4 counts page views and two actions: a tap on our phone number, and an estimate request that goes through. It records which of the two it was and where on the page it happened. For an estimate request it is also told the scope, the city, the investment range and whether the emergency box was ticked — the same four choices that appear on this page as dropdowns. It is never told your name, phone number, email address, street address or your note. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_…) to tell a returning visit from a new one. Data is kept for 14 months, then deleted. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off, so nothing here is used to build an advertising profile of you or followed across other sites.
Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. Neither sets a cookie and neither assigns you a lasting identifier.
Google Search Console reports which Google searches led people here. It runs no script on this site and reports only totals, never individuals.
To opt out: block cookies for this site in your browser, use your browser's do-not-track or private mode, or install Google'sAnalytics opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — the form and the phone number behave exactly the same.
