How the work runs
We follow the industry-standard restoration sequence: assessment, mitigation, drying, rebuild. On arrival we stop or confirm the source, classify the water (clean, grey, or sewage-contaminated), and extract standing water. Wet materials that cannot dry are removed: soaked insulation, saturated drywall, delaminated MDF. Everything else is dried in place with air movers and dehumidifiers over three to seven days, with moisture readings logged daily until the structure meets dry standard. Sewage losses are sanitized, and antimicrobials are applied where mold risk warrants it.

05Can water-damaged hardwood and drywall be saved?
Sometimes. Hardwood caught within a day can often be dried in place with mat systems. Drywall wicks water quickly — flood-cut removal of the bottom section is standard once it has been wet for more than a day or two. Insulation and MDF trim that have soaked generally cannot be saved. We test with moisture meters and only remove what the readings justify.
